Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before the shipping process started without any fees or expenses.

Return Conditions
You have the right to return any product with the following conditions:
- Return request accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- It must be in its original packaging with the original tags and labels.
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
- Provide us with the reason to return the product with your suggestions to improve our services.

Refund
Once we have checked the condition of the returned items, we will inform you about the refund of your order. Refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item or any possible other payments method you prefer, once the payment method is confirmed, the refund process will be started without any fees or expenses.

شروط الإرجاع
بإمكانك إرجاع أي من المنتجات وفق الشروط التالية:
- يتم تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
- عدم نزع علامات السعر والمرفقات الخاصة بالمنتج.
- أي قطعة مرتجعة يجب أن تكون بنفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها.
- نرجو الإفادة بسبب الإرجاع وتقديم المقترحات لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة لكم.

استرجاع المبلغ
بعد التحقق من حالة المنتجات يتم التواصل معك لإبلاغك عن قبول طلب الإرجاع واختيار طريقة الدفع المناسبة لك ثم يتم البدء بعملية تحويل المبلغ بدون أي خصومات أو غرامات إضافية.
